Admission guidance

Most students apply to the wrong universities — too ambitious, too safe, or simply a poor fit for the career they want. We build a shortlist across all three bands, then run the applications so nothing misses a deadline.

What you get

What our admission guidance covers

Profile assessment

Your marks, backlogs, test scores, work experience and budget are scored against live entry requirements, not last year’s brochure.

Balanced shortlist

Two ambitious, three matched and two safe universities, so one rejection never ends the process.

Statement of purpose review

Line-by-line editing by counselors who have read what gets accepted at each university, not a generic template.

Application filing

We submit to every shortlisted university in the first round, when scholarship funding is still unallocated.

Backlog and gap handling

Academic gaps and backlogs are explained properly in the application rather than left for an admissions officer to guess at.

Offer comparison

When offers land, we compare them on total cost, ranking, work rights and graduate outcomes side by side.

How it works

What happens, and when

  1. Step 1

    Profile evaluation

A counselor reviews your academics, test scores and budget in a free session.

  2. Step 2

    Shortlist built

You receive 6–8 universities with fees, entry requirements and deadlines for each.

  3. Step 3

    Documents prepared

SOP, LORs, CV and transcripts assembled and reviewed before anything is submitted.

  4. Step 4

    Applications submitted

Filed in the first round, tracked centrally, with every portal response monitored.

  5. Step 5

    Offers and acceptance

We compare the offers, you choose, and we handle the deposit and CAS or I-20.

Success stories

Students who are already there

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 12,480 students. Every one of these started with the same free call you are one click away from.

I applied to six universities and had no idea how to rank them. My counselor mapped each one against the jobs I actually wanted, and I picked Edinburgh in a single afternoon. The visa file was ready three weeks before the deadline.
Ananya Iyer University of Edinburgh
The loan process was the part I dreaded. They put together the collateral paperwork, introduced me to two banks and I had a sanction letter in eleven days.
Rohan Mehta University of Toronto
My IELTS was half a band short for my first choice. Instead of telling me to settle, they built a four-week plan, I retook it, and got the offer with a scholarship.
Priya Nair University of Melbourne
Nobody else explained that public universities in Germany charge no tuition. That one conversation changed my entire budget and I graduated debt free.
Karan Deshpande Technical University of Munich
Accommodation in Dublin sells out by June. They had my student housing confirmed in April, before I had even booked flights.
